THE PROCESS
The process starts with an in depth briefing with our client, we spend time to understand our clients needs, their business and only then profile positions according to our understanding of the role and the job market we are working in.
SEARCH
We are the experts in recruitment/job marketing, we design and propose a specific search and attraction campaign, always considering a mixture of search strategies to engage the targeted audience. Then we implement the campaign agreed upon on behalf of our client.
SELECTION
We engage in the initial interviewing of all applicants, applying behavioural based interview questioning which are structured around the specific competencies required for the job role. We follow on with additional skills assessment, personality and work behaviour profiling, reference checking and finally delivery of a quality shortlist.

Along with our highly structured process and methodologies we bring a level of intuition and insight, adding value to any recruitment process our clients embark on.
