This is ensured through keeping your personal information in a secure location and is only handled by our staff members, who have signed and agreed to abide by our privacy policy.
Angel Group collects information about you in order to assist you to find you the right candidate, help you obtain employment and to improve your career options and as such information may be revealed to another party and we will seek consent from you through this process.
The information that Angel Group collects from you are established from your client enquiry form, registration form, job application form, cover letter, resume and your face to face interview. These details include:

- Job Descriptions
- Selection Criteria
- Salary Information
- Employment history
- Past responsibilities
- Career aspirations, goals and plans
- Personal Information
We may also collect information for internal use only, such as your email address to keep you up to date with the Angel Network and a photograph of you for our electronic files.
We also receive information about you as a result of enquiries we make with your permission from former employers, work colleagues, professional associations or registered stakeholders. We can conduct security checks, criminal checks, children checks and qualification verifications. When you attend an interview we record information for further exploration and documentation.
Angel Group uses the information we collect for the purpose described at the time of collection. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law.
Generally we will only use and disclose your personal information:
- To establish and maintain relationships as a candidate or client of Angel Group
- To determine your suitability for actual or possible work placements
- To employers, clients and customers wishing to engage your services as a temporary contractor or prospective employee
- Our insurers and workers compensation authority
- To pay you for work completed
- For the provision of training needs, performance review appraisals and workplace rehabilitation
- To keep you informed of new developments we believe may be of interest to you
- To keep you informed about our jobs/vacancies, services and products
Angel Group will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Personal information is stored in either electronic form in a highly secure network and database or in paper files in a locked cabinet within a secure building.
Angel Group will take all reasonable steps to ensure any personal information we hold is accurate, complete and up to date and we require you to keep us informed about any changes to your personal and private information for our business purposes.
Subject to some exceptions that are set out in the National Privacy Principles (Principle 6 – Access and Correction), you have the right to see and have a copy of personal and sensitive information that we may hold about you. Should you wish to require access to your information, please put your request in writing via Privacy@angelgroup.com.au
If you are able to establish that personal or sensitive information that we hold about you is not accurate, complete and up-to-date, we will take reasonable steps to correct it so that it is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
