*The following criteria must be met. Your referral must not already be registered as a candidate or participated in previous business with Angel Recruitment & Consultancy Group. You must register for the referral scheme by completing a Referral Program registration form. A referral reward is payable when the referred candidate is placed in employment or a business referral is converted to a job. For permanent referrals, the candidate must remain employed with the employer for the probationary period of 3 months. For temporary referrals, the candidate must complete a minimum of 2 weeks continuous work. For business referrals, your referral reward will be issued once the referral is converted to a job within a 3 month period.
